We built this company differently. Collin and Tyler Alexander, brothers and co-equal partners, are present on every project we accept. That is not a promise we make lightly. It is why we limit how many homes we build each year.
The A² name was never a marketing choice. It is what the company actually is: two brothers, squared together, building homes we would be proud to put our names on forever. In markets we know from the inside, not from a sales territory map.
We build everywhere in Tampa and St. Pete — and across all of Southwest Florida — because these are the markets we have spent years learning. The soil. The coastal code. The inspectors. The best lots before they go public. That depth does not happen across thirty counties.

Waterfront Tampa Bay lots are scarce, regulated, and expensive to get wrong. We understand piling foundations, FEMA flood zone compliance, elevated construction, and waterfront permitting in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

Collin and Tyler are reachable by phone, on site, and in every design meeting. You will never be handed off to a coordinator you have never met. That access is not a perk. It is the product.
We accept fewer than ten projects per year. Not because we cannot handle more, but because handling more means handling each one less well. We would rather build fewer homes we are proud of than more homes we are not.
Waterfront construction in Florida has rules that trip up builders who do not specialize in it. FEMA flood zones, elevated slab and piling systems, hurricane-rated fenestration. We have navigated all of it, in both markets, on active builds.

Every project begins the same way: a direct conversation between you and both principals. We take time to understand what you are building before we talk about how. Most builders lead with square footage. We lead with questions.
A conversation with Collin and Tyler. No sales rep. We want to understand your vision, timeline, land, and non-negotiables before anything else.
We work alongside your architect or connect you with trusted local firms. Every plan reviewed for buildability, coastal code compliance, and long-term performance.
Materials, finishes, trade coordination, permit submissions, and final budget — all confirmed and documented before a single foundation pour.
Regular site presence from both principals. Vetted trade partners in both markets. Transparent communication at every phase from framing through finish.
A walkthrough you can feel confident in. We do not disappear at closing. The relationship continues because we built it that way from the first call.
